speak for themselves. Since 1967 the Kirkpatrick name has been synonymous with customer service around the globe. This first
occurred in support of our own 400 unit crane fleet utilized by our customers on projects worldwide and then with the
introduction of our wire rope lubrication systems and Dynagard Wire Rope Lubricants in 1982.
We keep a ready stock of back up parts to quickly support our customers wherever and whenever they are ready to perform wire
rope preventative maintenance. Our seal and groove cleaner tooling produces in 1mm increments. We therefore, can basically
match any new diameter wire rope manufactured as well as used wire rope still in the field where minor changes in diameter
can occur during the life of the wire rope. It is not our policy to manufacture as orders are received,. This is a common
practice undertaken by our competition. We instead, track your order history and make certain we have ready stock the next
time you contact us. At the very worst, we can ship within 1 week in the event we have to manufacture a part.
You also require timely operational or troubleshooting answers. We are available by E-Mail or by phone at very short notice.
